Our monitoring tools work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, never get sick, come in late, or take a day off. Our monitoring systems catch problems before they cause outages. We basically monitor virtually every Windows and many other operating systems' events and third party software events like Virus Alerts, and Update of service pack alerting. Our Help Desk Technicians actively manage both our Monitoring System Console, as well as our Helpdesk Service Board.
